Self-Frosting Peanut Butter Cupcakes - again! (and lots of sleepy ducks photos!)

Is there such thing as too much peanut butter and chocolate? No! Yesterday I made you Chocolate-Stuffed Peanut Butter Scones, and today I'm offering you Hannah Kaminsky's brilliantly delicious Self-Frosting Peanut Butter Cupcakes. I blogged about these last year, and Hannah gave me permission to share the recipe with you then. Thank you, Hannah! These self-frosting cuppies are from Hannah's cookbook My Sweet Vegan, which you probably own by now - and if you don't, you should!

*NOM*

I love these cupcakes! They are also permanent residents at the Wing-It recipe binder and I probably make them a bit too frequently. They do work wonderfully with almond butter as well, in case you can't eat peanuts. Check out the recipe and enjoy!

Today I'm skipping my daily Netflix recommendation because I have lots of pictures of sleepy ducks to share. *you're getting veeeeeery sleepy*

  1. Any recipe that does something all by itself is good with me. And, yes, I have the book so thanks for the tip.

I'm humming lullabies, but maybe they're not needed.

    1. There should be more recipes that do things all by themselves ... Self-rolling sushi? Self-churning ice cream? Self-chopping onions?

    1. Yes! You will love them! Isn't Curly the cutest? He often has fluffy fluff in his nostrils and even hanging from the tip of his beak. And he's not big on keeping his beak clean - it's usually muddy and gunky. Manners, Curly! Manners!
