These are all cookbooks that I can recommend to any aspiring vegan or anybody wanting to eat less meat and more veggies, grains, and legumes... and sweets! From Mushroom Bourguignon to Homestyle Chocolate Chip Cookies, all these cookbooks feature phenomenal vegan recipes and cooking tips. I will be adding more cookbooks as my collection grows!
